Comparing long distance moving companies Omaha has to offer? Moving out of state is a big deal. You’re trusting a crew with everything you own for days, not hours. Easy As Pie Moving Co. is a licensed and insured mover with federal authority to move households across state lines (USDOT 4345362), and we bring the same care to a cross-country move that we bring to every move across Omaha.
You get your moving agreement when you book, with every rate spelled out, so you can read it on your own time. Our crews pad every piece, stack the truck the right way and strap every load. And we’ve never canceled a move.
We offer two long distance moving options to fit your budget and your timeline: consolidated shipping and exclusive express long distance moving. Both come with the same licensed crew, the same written agreement and the same care for your things from the first box to the last.
Consolidated shipping is the budget-friendly choice when your dates are flexible. Exclusive express is for when you need to be in your new home by a certain day. We’ll help you weigh the two honestly, based on your dates and your budget.
Not sure which is right for you? Call us or fill out the free estimate form and we’ll talk it through.
If time is on your side and the budget is tight, consolidated shipping is the cost-efficient option. The truck is shared between a few customers, and your items are labeled and tracked the whole way. You'll need to be available for the delivery window.
On a tight timeframe? With exclusive express, the whole truck is yours. You choose your pick-up and drop-off dates, and your things go straight to your new home.
From the first phone call to the last box we set down in your new home, we’re always just a phone call away. Here’s how we keep your long distance move on track:
You decide what we pack, and there's no minimum. Use us for just your kitchen or the entire house.
We pack up all of your items and unpack them at your new address. You just tell us where everything goes.
Moving supplies bundled into packages and delivered to your door before your move date.
Eco-friendly plastic moving bins delivered to your door, no assembly required. When you're done, we pick them up and sanitize them.
Valuable furniture, antiques and artwork handled with extra care. We can build custom crates and bring the right lifting help.
Moving a piano takes the right skills and equipment. We've moved uprights and other piano styles.
Need somewhere to keep things before the big move? We’ll pick up your items from your doorstep and take them to our secure Omaha storage facility for as little or as long as you like. When you need them, we’ll drop them off at a time that suits you.
